In order to provide a safe work environment for our employees, we have had to make some changes in our order processing and receiving departments which may affect your order. Specifically, the estimated processing time for an order before it leaves our facility is currently 3-4 business days. Additional details on shipping can be found below.


For Domestic Orders:

At this time, we are seeing a number of delays for domestic shipments as the US Postal Service and UPS transit times may be affected by a limited workforce and a high volume of deliveries. 

USPS has reported the following: "USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts." 

We are currently estimating at least 3-4 times the typical transit times once the order is shipped and processed by the carrier. We will continue to update this article based on current order delivery monitoring.


Tracking for domestic orders may also be subject to delays at this time. Shipment notifications will indicate that an order has been delivered to the carrier, but tracking updates may not appear immediately. Don’t worry! This does not mean that your order was not shipped or that it has been lost, but rather that it is still awaiting processing by the carrier. Please note that we are not able to provide any more recent updates than the tracking reports. We cannot reship orders or issue refunds for orders still in transit to your delivery address; please notify us if your tracking information reports the shipment Lost or Returned to Sender. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 


For International Orders:

Delays to international orders will vary as transportation out of the US has been limited and many country's postal systems have been inundated with high volumes of deliveries. We expect moderate to extended delays depending on your country's import restrictions and/or customs processing times. 


You will automatically receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped. We encourage you to monitor the tracking information for notices of delivery attempts or parcel holds, which may indicate that additional steps are required to receive your order. Please note that tracking information is not available in all countries and may be subject to delays while a package is awaiting export from the US or import into your country. Lapses in tracking do not mean that your order has been lost or will not arrive, but rather that it may have been subject to a delay. Click here to read more about international shipments.


For All Orders:

For the time being, we are not providing the option to require signature upon delivery as carriers are currently not implementing this authorization. UPS is experiencing a high volume of shipments and we cannot offer a delivery date guarantee for any of our shipping methods, including 1-and-2-day options.
